The Small size was designed for kids from 9 months, the Regular is for 1,5 years kids, and the Large one was for children from 3 years old.

Yes, it is possible to modify the given model. The possibility of modification depends on our production capabilities. Please contact us through the form to determine the details.

Varnished/White/Gray versions

> When cleaning this furniture, do not use products containing alcohol, as it can dissolve the varnish covering it.


RAW version

> If you decide not to paint the furniture and leave it in its natural state, clean it only with a dry cloth, as water can lift the wood fibers, and the surface will become less smooth.

> If you want to get rid of crayons or pencil marks, the best idea is to use an eraser, or if that doesn't work, buy 240-grit sandpaper from a hardware store.

ORDER

We have a warranty of two year on production malfunctions. This covers production and design flaws. Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect, while not covered under this warranty, may be repairable for a reasonable fee.

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know and contact our customer service department within 24 hours. Otherwise, it is possible that your order will be processed and shipped.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order and in its original condition. Click here for more information.

Please tell our customer support team via Contact Us immediately. We can change your address if your order has yet to be shipped.

If your order has been damaged or arrived in non-original packaging, please inform us immediately upon receipt and send photos of the damaged shipment and items. Upon receipt of the shipment, notify the courier of the damage and write a protocol.

If your order has not changed status for a long time and the delivery date has passed, please contact our support and we will take care of the matter.

Your order can be shipped at your convenience, but within the standard procedure and shipping times that are listed on our store. To make a change, please note this information when ordering or contacting us.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

We ship to almost every country in the world. If your country is not on the shipping list in the shopping cart, please contact us, and we will check if shipping is possible.

Please note that if taxes and duties are incurred for your parcel, it will be your responsibility to cover these fees for shipping to proceed. Parcels that arrive at their international destinations are subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause a delay in the original estimated delivery timeframe.

No fees/import taxes are added to UE countries.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. The tracking link may not update immediately, but the package still comes after it leaves the warehouse. If there are any delays or problems during shipping, please contact our support.
